Our wines are “naked” wines, completely au naturel. Our Negroamaro contains only Negroamaro grapes and our bottles of Primitivo contain nothing but Primitivo grapes.
That’s it. The rest is up to Nature.
We select and pick our grapes by hand and place them in crates. Once destemmed, the grapes spontaneously ferment in 15 hl wooden barrels. And only when necessary, we punch down the grapes with an olive branch. The wine then rests on its sediment, for over a year, until bottling.
